• Upon receiving the product, please wash it thoroughly before use.
• Use a soft brush for cleaning instead of abrasive dishcloths to prevent damage.
• Be cautious of sharp objects like knives or scissors that may tear or puncture the product, causing leaks.
• Foods such as kimchi and curry may cause discoloration of the product.
• Recommended for use by infants and children aged 6 months and older.

• Boiling Water Sterilization: Limit sterilization time to 10–15 seconds per session.
  • Prolonged exposure to temperatures above the product’s heat resistance can cause deformation.
• Microwave Use: Recommended for no more than 30 seconds at a time.
• Dishwasher Use: Place the product on the top rack only.
• UV Sterilization: Keep sterilization and disinfection under 10 minutes. Excessive sterilization at high temperatures may shorten the product’s lifespan.
• Avoid direct exposure to open flames or other intense heat sources, as this can damage the product.

When Exchange and Return Are Possible

• Timeframe:
  • Within 7 days of receiving the product or the written contract.
  • If there’s a delay in supply, within 7 days of the product’s delivery or its usage start date.
• Reasons for Return:
  • If the product or service differs from what was advertised.
  • If the product is defective, within 3 months of delivery or 30 days of noticing the issue.

When Exchange and Return Are Not Possible

• If the product is lost or damaged due to user negligence.
  • Note: Damaged packaging for content inspection does not prevent return.
• If the product’s value is significantly reduced due to use or partial consumption.
• If resale value is reduced significantly due to the passage of time.
• If packaging for duplicable goods is damaged.
• If the product is custom-made, and canceling the order would cause irreparable harm to the seller.
  • Prior consent must have been obtained from the consumer in such cases.
• If digital content has been provided (except for divisible services or digital content not yet delivered).

Additional Notes

• For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind (e.g., color or size changes), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
